In its meeting 22 May, the board of Opticom ASA granted 330 000 subscription rights to employees and consultants of the company. The subscription rights were granted at today's closing price, NOK 238 per share. Subject to continued employment/engagement with the company, the subscription rights vest in tranches over four years, and lapse in 2007.
