Telia is thereby ignoring the Stockholm County Administrative Court's recent ruling against Telia regarding payment principles for interconnection. Telia has appealed, but the Administrative Court of Appeal has rejected Telia's request for inhibition and the Stockholm County Administrative Court's ruling that Telia is liable for payments shall therefore be upheld.
