NCC to Build Frederiksberg High School in Copenhagen for SEK 215 Million


SOLNA, Sweden, July 8, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- NCC has been commissioned by the municipality of Frederiksberg, just outside central Copenhagen, to build a new senior high school. The order is worth approximately SEK 215 million (DKK 192 million)

The new high school, which will be located in a completely new urban district in Frederiksberg, will have a capacity for about 620 pupils and a total of approximately 9,000 square meters of floor space.

NCC will be the main contractor for the project. The high school has been designed by architect Henning Larsens Tegnestue. Construction will commence on August 1 and the new high school is scheduled for completion during December 2003.

NCC has already successfully renovated the indoor swimming complex in Frederiksberg.
