iLive Set to Launch New Parental Control Feature

IRVINE, Calif., Aug. 27, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- iLive Inc. (OTCBB:ILVE) announced today that it is set to reveal its new parental control application for managing content viewing on the iLive network. In the wake of increasing concern by parents of net savvy children viewing objectionable content, iLive has developed what it believes to be one the first parental control system for streaming video. Using the rating system -- approved for all ages, 13 and older and adults only, parents can choose the level of access for up to four sub-accounts. These accounts are controlled through a password protected master account where parents can not only select the level of viewing but also track the content watched in each sub-account.

Scott Henricks the Company's President commented: "The Internet is a vast space where anything goes. Just as parents limit what children see on TV, they should have the ability to limit access to objectionable content over the Internet. iLive shares in the responsibility of protecting our children and it is our goal to lead the way in doing so in the emerging Internet Video on Demand Industry."
