Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj has revised its insider guidelines. The new insider guidelines are in force as of September 1, 2002. Concurrently the company has standardised the trading restriction period for permanent insiders and the silent period.
The trading restriction and silent period before announcement of interim reports is three (3) weeks. The silent period before announcement of annual accounts is the same as the trading restriction period, which starts when the November result is available and ends when the annual accounts of the financial year have been made public.
The silent period before announcement of the result of the third quarter 2002 is October 8–28, 2002. The interim report for January–September 2002 will be published on October 29, 2002 at 8.30 a.m. as previously announced.
The silent period before announcement of the annual accounts 2002 starts on December 20, 2002, and ends when the annual accounts 2002 are made public. The date for announcement of the annual accounts 2002 will be published later this year.
