STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Sept. 13, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- In conjunction with Ericsson's new share issue, Industrivarden has subscribed for 199,000,000 shares on its existing holding for SEK 756.2 M. In addition, Industrivarden has subscribed for a further 1,539,276 shares without subscription rights for SEK 5.8 M.
Industrivarden's total holding in Ericsson thus amounts to 399,539,276 shares corresponding to 2.5 percent of the capital and 27.7 percent of the voting rights.
