Sponda Plc will submit an application on 20 September 2002 to amend the zoning plan of the Makkaratalo block in the centre of Helsinki. The application is related to a project involving Sponda, the City of Helsinki and some of the site's neighbouring properties to develop the centre of Helsinki. A conference for media representatives will be held on the matter at Kansallissali (the National Hall), Aleksanterinkatu 44 (2nd floor), Helsinki, on Friday 4 October 2002, commencing at 10.00 am.
