HARRISBURG, Pa., Sept. 18, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry has partnered with Harrisburg-based NeriVerbanac Public Affairs to publish The Insider, a new, non-partisan newsletter and capital report devoted to covering statewide politics.
