OWNERSHIP OF FARMIT INTERNET PORTAL TO KEMIRA AGRO AND SUOMEN REHU

Sonera Oyj has sold its shareholding of  33.3 % in Farmit Website Oy to Kemira Agro and Suomen Rehu. Kemira Agro now owns 50% and Suomen Rehu 50% of the shares of Farmit Website Oy.
 
Farmit Website, founded in 1999, produces web services for farmers and other agricultural entrepreneurs. The e-services are available at Farmit.net-portal. Farmit has 55,000 to - 65,000 visitors monthly.
 
Farmit's content production and further development are co-ordinated by the portal's service providers including Kemira Agro, Suomen Rehu, Nordkalk, Osuuspankki, Metsäliitto, Berner, Suonentieto, Viljavuuspalvelu, A-tuottajat, Metsälehti, Hiven Oy, Lähivakuutus, Boreal Kasvinjalostus, Avena Nordic Grain and Movere.
