Mr. Jukka Nyrölä (56), LL.Lic., has been appointed Executive Vice President of Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj as of January 1, 2003. Jukka Nyrölä joined Jaakko Pöyry Group in 1976 and has worked in several international management positions, most recently from 1995 onwards as President and CEO of the Energy business group.
Mr. Teuvo Salminen will continue as Deputy to President and CEO of Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj Mr. Erkki Pehu-Lehtonen.
Mr. Richard Pinnock (40), B.Sc. (Engineering), B.Com., has been appointed President and CEO of the Energy business group and member of Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj’s Executive Committee as of January 1, 2003 succeeding Jukka Nyrölä. Richard Pinnock joined the Jaakko Pöyry Group in 1997. He has been President of Electrowatt-Ekono Thailand Ltd and was appointed Chief Operating Officer of the Energy business group on April 1, 2002.
