FOERSLOEV, Sweden, Nov. 7, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Peab (Stockholm:PEABb) has won the contract to build 43 new rental apartments and two shops at Molnlycke Centrum, just outside Goteborg. The client is Forvaltnings AB Skagen and the contract is worth SEK 70 million. It is an all-in contract and construction will begin in November and is expected to be completed by the beginning of 2004.
Peab has also been awarded contracts to build retirement housing in the centre of Goteborg for MedicHus, and to carry out a conversion of the former Vasa hospital in Goteborg for Chalmersfastigheter. The two contracts are together worth SEK 60 million.
