STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Dec. 17, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Villa Pini d'Abruzzo, one of Italy's most revered private hospitals, has signed a contract with Gunnebo Entrance Control on delivers of entrance control equipment at an order value of around 900,000 Euros.
Villa Pini d'Abruzzo's architecturally designed main-building with an interior and exterior that indicates exclusivity, blends well with Gunnebo Italdis designed security entrances. The demand on safety and possibility of safeguarding different parts of the hospital, combined with subtle elegance resulted in a future installation project of 49 customised bi-parting Hidden Gates including a wide lane for handicapped and disabled users, four entrance gates and one in finished brass.
The installation will start in the end of 2002 and finished mid 2003.
The signed order within the hospital area is a new interesting segment for Gunnebo Entrance Control Italian company, Gunnebo Italdis SpA, who has a solid experience of different security solutions for office, airport and metro. The increasing demand on security and safety within private and official buildings without limitation to freedom of movement and design is a challenge that Gunnebo Italdis has adopted and succeeded with on the global market.
