New Sky Communications Announces Name and Stock Symbol Changes


ROCHESTER, N.Y., Feb 3, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- New Sky Communications Inc. (OTCBB:NSCI), a provider of printed security features, which prevent forgery, duplication, counterfeiting, scanning and re-imaging for any type of printed documents, labels or packaging, announced today that it will change its name to Document Security Systems Inc. effective tomorrow, February 4, 2003. The company's new trading symbol on the OTC Bulletin Board will be DCSS, and will also be effective tomorrow. The company said that the name change reflects the company's entry into the document security business through several previously announced acquisitions in 2002.
