Charles Lelly was raised in a traditional Christian family. He has a bachelor's degree in pharmacy and is a registered pharmacist. He graduated from the Unity School of Christianity's Ministerial Training and was ordained a minister in 1968. He wrote countless articles for the Unity and his book The Beautiful Way of Life II contains many of these articles. He is a student of the teachings of Russellian Science (Walter and Leo Russell), Rosicruianism, Self Realization (Yogananda), Zen Buddhism, Sufism, Hinduism and Taoism. Lelly resides in Louisville, Ky.
