Nokia deeply regrets this situation with its long-standing partner, who has participated in building parts of Nokia's European Concept Store network and the Club Nokia Service Point network. Nokia also regrets that it had to take these measures, which may cause certain practical inconveniences for consumers and in the service network. Nokia has alternative service arrangements in place in all of these countries, but it is anticipated that in the short term this situation will call for extra patience and understanding among Nokia customers.
Nokia requests consumers who have submitted their mobile phone for maintenance to BlueTel-run Club Nokia Service Points, to contact the Nokia helpline listed below for more instructions, if the situation is unclear.
