(NYSE:BTH), a leader in home fragrance and decorative accessories, today announced that the date of its Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be Wednesday, June 4, 2003. The meeting will take place at Blyth, Inc., One East Weaver Street, Greenwich, CT 06831, commencing at 9:00 a.m. All shareholders of record as of April 7, 2003 will be eligible to vote.
