Until a new CEO is appointed, Michael Funk, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, will advise the Executive Board. The Board of Directors and Executive Board are confident that this will ensure the necessary continuity in implementing Feintool's strategy and that steady progress will therefore be made towards strengthening the Group's business position.
