Telelogic Cited for Technology Leadership and Innovation by Industry Organizations

Telelogic Tau(R)/Developer(TM), Telelogic Synergy(TM) with ActiveCM(TM) and Telelogic DOORS(R) Set Industry Direction and Continue to Gain Award Recognition

MALMO, Sweden, June 2, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Telelogic (Stockholm:TLOG) (Other OTC:TGIAF), the leading global provider of solutions for advanced systems and software development, today announced that the company has been recognized by a number of industry organizations recently for its technical leadership and product innovation.

Telelogic was just named to the annual SD Times 100 list in two categories, was recently named a finalist for Software Development magazine's annual Jolt Product Excellence and Productivity Awards and a runner-up for the publication's Reader's Choice Awards, and was named a finalist for the AeA Orange County High Tech Awards. And in February, the Software Council of Southern California named Telelogic, Software Developer of the Year.

"Telelogic is committed to leading the industry by delivering innovative, best-in-class tools that automate the development lifecycle and make the entire business of development a little easier, a little faster and a lot better," said Scott Raskin, president, Telelogic Americas & Asia/Pacific. "We're proud to see these efforts recognized by leading publications and organizations such as these."

The SD Times 100, which was announced yesterday, identifies the vendors and organizations that demonstrated industry leadership and outstanding innovation in 2002. Telelogic was recognized in two of 10 categories: modeling for Tau/Developer, and collaboration for Synergy with ActiveCM.

"The Tau of modeling spans enterprise and real-time applications," the editors of SD Times wrote. In the collaboration category, the SD Times editors wrote, "Automated change management brings Synergy to development teams."

"The SD Times 100 looked for companies which set a direction that developers and the industry followed in 2002," said Alan Zeichick, editor-in-chief of SD Times. "When choosing the SD Times 100, we carefully considered each company's offerings and reputation, as well as the attention and conversation we've heard around the company and its products and technologies, as a sign of leadership within the industry."

In January, Software Development magazine named Synergy with ActiveCM as a finalist for the 2003 Jolt Awards, in the Project Management category. Last week, in the same category, the magazine's readers named Synergy with ActiveCM a runner-up in the 2003 Readers' Choice Awards. The Reader's Choice Awards are based solely on balloting by registered readers, so it reflects the popularity of ActiveCM within the developer population.

For the 2003 AeA High Tech Awards, Orange County Council, Telelogic DOORS was a finalist for the Innovative Product/Technology category. The High-Tech Awards honor the innovative spirit of the local business community. Earlier in the year, Telelogic Synergy with ActiveCM earned kudos for the company from the Software Council of Southern California.

"With its release of ActiveCM, Telelogic has proven itself to be a technology innovator capable of producing groundbreaking products that simplify the software development process," said Richard Koffler, executive director of the SCSC, when the award was announced.
