people with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, or ALS.
Commonly known as Lou Gehrig's disease, ALS is a
progressive neuromuscular disease that affects 30,000
people annually. Life expectancy is two to five years
from time of diagnosis
The ALS Association is the only national not-for-profit voluntary health organization dedicated solely to fight against ALS.
