Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj's Board of Directors has decided that the 2003 Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 3, 2004 at the Pöyry House, Jaakonkatu 3, Vantaa, Finland. The decisions made by the Annual General Meeting will be announced immediately after the meeting.
Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj will observe silent time prior to announcing its results. The silent time periods in 2004 are as follows:
