-- Operating income before goodwill amortization (EBITA) during the third
quarter amounted to SEK 48 M (-92) and income after financial items
(EBT) was SEK 44 M (-101). The corresponding earnings for the first
nine months of 2003 was a profit of SEK 286 M (6) and SEK 270 M (-568)
respectively.
-- During the third quarter, the income after taxes amounted to SEK 24 M
(-98) and for the first nine months of 2003 amounted to SEK 190 M (-
597). Earnings per share for the third quarter amounted to SEK 0.06 (-
0.26) and for the first nine months of 2003 amounted to SEK 0.51
(1.61).
-- Group sales during the third quarter 2003 amounted to SEK 1 365 M (1
475). Sales for the first nine months of the year were SEK 4 800 M (5
220).
-- During the quarter, WM-data received an assignment to establish an SAP
Competence Center for Sydkraft. This assignment, which extends over
five years, has a value estimated at SEK 125 M.
-- WM-data announced a public offer for the Finnish IT-services company,
the Novo Group, on October 29, 2003.
