Jacobson Resonance Enterprises, Inc. Licenses P.E.R. Inc. Production and Worldwide Marketing (Except in the USA) of Battery Powered Portable Resonators to Alleviate Joint Pain that Taps into Multi-Billion Dollar Market Space

BOYNTON BEACH, Fla., Nov. 11, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Jacobson Resonance Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB:JRSE) announced today that P.E.R., Inc. has been granted licensing rights for the production and worldwide marketing (except in the USA) of a new generation of battery powered portable resonators to alleviate joint pain.

Illustration: Chronic pain has been said to be the most costly health problem in America, Europe and Canada. According to the American Pain Foundation and the Bureau of National Affairs approximately seventy (70) million Americans suffer from chronic pain from all causes. It costs America about $100 billion annually. The statistical percentages for chronic pain sufferers in the European Union and associated nations (23 nations with 600,000,000 people) match the USA. Therefore, in Europe approximately 152,000,000 people suffer from chronic pain at an annual cost of about $218 billion. According to the Chronic Pain Association of Canada nearly six million people suffer from chronic pain at a cost to Canadians of about ten billion dollars.

This multi-year agreement contains a one-time licensing fee and ongoing royalties to JRSE for each portable resonator sold. P.E.R., Inc. receives the rights to use JRSE'S leading edge technology base to produce a variety of battery powered portable resonators for human usage. These resonators will be manufactured in Canada according to ISO standards. The technology being employed has already achieved regulatory licensing clearance in Canada and CE-Mark approval in Europe. P.E.R. Inc.'s marketing plan initially calls for sales of these resonators to be available through the Internet and opt-in-e-mail advertising, followed by print media advertisements in major cities, storefront retail sales where available, and eventually infomercials.

According to P.E. R. management, sales of these portable resonators should begin in Q1/Q2 of 2004. Conservative forecasts call for revenues to JRSE in the first twelve-months of sales to reach the low six-figures.

Dave Davis, Hall of Fame professional bowler, President and CEO of P.E.R., Inc. stated: "We believe that Personal Electromagnetic Resonators, Inc. (P.E.R., Inc.) in association with Jacobson Resonance Enterprises, Inc. brings to the world a state of the art portable resonator that will be unrivaled in its effectiveness to alleviate pain and suffering. P.E.R. Inc. plans an aggressive worldwide marketing campaign as the resonators will be available in every continent, except in the USA."
