First Indiana Announces Dividend


INDIANAPOLIS, Jan. 21, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Board of Directors of First Indiana Corporation declared on January 21, 2004, a quarterly dividend of $.165 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid March 16, 2004 to shareholders of record as of March 4, 2004. This is the 69th consecutive quarter First Indiana has paid a cash dividend.
