CORRECTION TO KESKO'S FINANCIAL STATEMENTS RELEASES AND

Kesko Corporation's financial statements releases for the years 2003 and 2002 and interim reports for the periods 1.1.-30.6.2002, 1.1.-30.9.2002, 1.1.-31.3.2003, 1.1.-30.6.2003 and 1.1.-30.9.2003 contained an incorrect figure. According to these releases the number of Kesko Corporation's A shares held by Jättipörssi Oy, a Kesko Corporation subsidiary, was 33,400, while the correct number is 34,400. The correct counter value of the shares totals EUR 68,800 and they represent less than 0.04% of all shares and less than 0.1% of all voting rights.
