VANCOUVER, British Columbia, March 10, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- LegalPlay Entertainment Inc. (OTCBB:LPLE) announced today that it has commenced the final stages of beta testing of its horse racing analysis software, a web based application which will be available on a subscription basis at www.DailyHorse.com. The Company is also discussing potential collaboration with content providers with respect to both horse racing related data and news with a view to completing the portal for public release. The completed DailyHorse.com will be available to horse racing enthusiasts and potential licensees during April 2004.
The DailyHorse.com system will give punters an additional level of analysis in terms of predicting race outcomes in addition to providing betting strategies aimed at enabling guidance for maximizing returns.
Corporate Update
The Company remains committed to the success of the SkillPoker system and is creating an innovative marketing campaign aimed at increasing the traffic in view of the completed online poker product. LegalPlay Entertainment Inc. is also closely following the developments vis a vis the U.S. government's view of the legality of online gaming including possible regulatory guidelines.
The proposed merger between a LegalPlay Entertainment Inc. wholly owned subsidiary and GamblingVision Group Inc. (holders of an exclusive license on a technology owned by Coull Ltd.) is still being considered by the Company which will continue its due diligence on all aspects of the transaction.
With respect to the domain dispute, the Company is continuing its efforts via the actions it commenced in 2003.
