Electronic Identification Inc. to Change Name to Manakoa Services Corporation; Application for New Stock Symbol Filed

KENNEWICK, Wash., March 12, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Electronic Identification Inc. (OTCBB:EIDT) has changed its name to Manakoa Services Corporation (Manakoa) as of today. In addition, the company will apply for a new ticker symbol and seek to trade on the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board.

Brad Partridge, Chief Executive Officer of Manakoa, said, "This is an important milestone in the company's corporate development and identity. It lays the groundwork for our expansion in the software arena. Manakoa will shortly be launching a suite of innovative software products that we believe will transform the way companies manage their regulatory compliance responsibilities and risk assessments. In the wake of legislation such as Gramm Leach Bliley Act, HIPAA, and Sarbanes-Oxley, companies are searching for cost-effective means to reach their compliance goals. Manakoa is developing unique enterprise management software that provides a unified, end-to-end solution for non-profit, educational and corporate organizations alike.

"Since many companies are under- or unprepared and potentially non-compliant with federal legislation, Manakoa is striving to assist in lessening the burden to risk managers, compliance officers and human resource personnel. This is done through a thorough risk assessment and on-going steps of monitoring and enforcement."
