According to the Danish Securities Trading Act etc. §37 (8) a statement of the insider register's
shareholdings in Brødrene Hartmann A/S is enclosed. The statement has been made after closure of the trading window for insiders and their connected persons.
According to the internal rules of the company the trading window is open for 4 weeks after publication of the company's annual accounts or interim reports. On 22 March 2004 the company published Annual Report 2003 with closure on 19 April 2004.
