Former CBS Survivor All-Star Rob C and other Celebrities to Attend Raven Moon's Annual Shareholder Meeting on August 12, 2004

ORLANDO, Fla., Aug. 2, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB:RVNM) is pleased to announce that former CBS "Survivor All Star" Rob Cesternino will be attending Raven Moon Entertainment's annual shareholder meeting at 10 AM, August 12, 2004 at the Sea World Renaissance Resort in Orlando, Florida.

Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. previously announced that it's wholly owned subsidiary Raven Animation, Inc. signed former CBS "Survivor All Star" Rob C to host its new video game and television program called "Amazon Challenge". Rob C will be conducting live auditions in various cities in "Search For The Amazon Queen" who will be the centerpiece of the new video game and television program.

Former "Survivor All-Star" Rob Cesternino will be on hand at each of the auditions and will be available for radio and television interviews in each city along with Emmy Award winning Executive Producers Joey & Bernadette DiFrancesco who created the video game and program. "I'm sure we will discover the 'Amazon Queen' from these auditions of literally hundreds of women who will be given a chance at stardom," stated Joey DiFrancesco Raven's CEO.

In addition to Rob C's attendance, the shareholder meeting will be a celebration of the completion of 13 episodes of 'Gina D's Kids Club' programs and an opportunity for shareholders to meet celebrity Gina D and other cast members in person.

Company executives and newly nominated candidates of the board of directors will be attending the meeting to be introduced and to answer questions and see excerpts from the completed 13 episodes which is the required number for television syndication.

The syndication process of these programs currently under the direction of Role Entertainment, (201) 568-4800, will set a new standard for children's television for years to come. This fall, children across America will be able to watch the best new program since "Sesame Street" on select PBS, WB, UPN, and ABC stations.
