WILMINGTON, Del., Sept. 24, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Newmark Ventures, Inc. (OTCBB:NMVN) reports that on September 21, 2004, Kent Carasquero and Martin Tutschek submitted their resignations to the Company. Further to their resignations, Mr. Carasquero and Tutschek returned 1,000,000 and 150,000 shares, previously issued, to the company for cancellation.
Further to these resignations, Mr. Roderick Shand and Mr. Paul Bains have accepted the positions as the President, CFO, Director and Secretary, Director, of Newmark Ventures, Inc., respectively.
Mr. Shand and Baines have been instrumental in the negotiations with Ivondi and their addition to the Board will assist the Company in its efforts to complete the merger.
