(Pink Sheets:ULJK) has changed its name to NetMusic Entertainment Corporation (Pink Sheets:NTMT) to better reflect the company's digital music initiatives. Ultimate Jukebox, which sells and operates digital jukeboxes recently merged with NetMusic Corporation of Seattle, WA and expanded into the consumer digital music download market. In conjunction with the name change, the company's ticker symbol will change to NTMT, effective today.
"The NetMusic brand is a strong one," says Glen Starchman, the company's CEO. "Changing the name to NetMusic Entertainment Corporation allows us the instant recognition that the NetMusic brand enjoys and is a better descriptor for our core lines of business."
Ultimate Jukebox, Inc. shareholders will need to send their Ultimate Jukebox stock certificates to the company's stock transfer agent (Colonial Stock Transfer, 66 Exchange Place, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111 phone: 801-355-5740) in exchange for NetMusic Entertainment Corporation stock certificates. NetMusic Entertainment Corporation requests that shareholders send their certificates to Colonial on or before December 3, 2004.
