Cardtronics Ranks No. 13 on Houston Business Journal's Fast Tech 50 List


HOUSTON, Nov. 11, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- For the fourth consecutive year, Cardtronics, the nation's largest independent owner/operator of ATMs, has been included in the Houston Business Journal's Fast Tech 50 and this year ranked 13th on the list.

Rankings on the Fast Tech 50, a list of the top 50 fastest-growing technology companies in Houston, are based on year-to-year percentage growth of revenue. Cardtronics, with revenues of $110.4 million in 2003, increased 61%, or $41.6 million over 2002. Cardtronics also ranked 3rd in total revenues of the Fast Tech 50. The company's ranking in previous years was No. 21 in 2003, No. 39 in 2002 and No. 26 in 2001, the first year of the rankings.
