In connection with the administrative integration of FLS Industries A/S and FLSmidth A/S it has been decided to transfer all employees in FLS Industries A/S - with the exception of the Executive Management - to FLSmidth A/S.

This also includes the two employee-elected Board members in FLS Industries A/S, Finn Jakobsen and Per Overgaard, who will thus leave the Board of Directors of FLS Industries A/S.
