I forlængelse af FLS Industries fondsbørsmeddelelse nr. 4 - 2005 udsendt fredag 21. januar vedrørende Nordeas beholdning af aktier i FLS Industries A/S, skal det på vegne af Nordea Investment Funds S.A., Luxembourg og FLS Industries A/S oplyses, at Nordea 1-European Value Fund Sicav og Nordea 1-Global Value Fund Sicav besidder en samlet beholdning af FLS Industries A/S B-aktier på 2.688.800 stk. (= 5,05 % af FLS Industries A/S samlede nominelle aktiekapital). Aktierne er placeret i et depot under navnet Nordea Bank Danmark A/S.
