InterAge to Develop Powerful Web Marketing Tools for European Projects

Company to Work Through Celtic Initiative to Access Eureka Projects

CESAREA, Israel, Jan. 26, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- InterAge Ltd. (Pink Sheets:ITGJ), a leading provider of integrated web marketing solutions, announced today that it is developing a new set of highly powerful and original web marketing tools that will be used in multimillion dollar projects for the European market.

In an important strategic move, the Company is taking a very aggressive approach towards bidding on projects that are commissioned by Eureka. Eureka is a Europe-wide network promoting collaborative market-driven research and development (R&D) projects in most fields of advanced civilian technology. The network was launched in 1985. Today 34 countries and the European Union are full members, while other countries, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe, have some form of associate status. This means that the range and depth of available projects represents an outstanding growth opportunity for InterAge.

The Company will gain access to Eureka projects through the Celtic initiative. The goal of this initiative is to sustain Europe's leadership in end-to-end telecommunications systems. InterAge's participation through the Celtic initiative is key, because they were officially approved as a Eureka "cluster project" in October 2003. This association with Celtic is even more important to InterAge when considering the list of members to the initiative. Founding members include Alcatel, British Telecom, Ericsson, Eurescom, France Telecom, Italtel, Nokia, RAD Data Communications, Telefonica, and Thomson.

InterAge will develop several unique and potent web marketing tools in an effort to gain access to major projects that are up for bid at Eureka. Among the tools will be:

 -- A software application package designed to perform analyses of a
    broad base of parameters to give a complete status report on the
    effectiveness of InterAge's clients' web marketing activities.
    With this information, the campaign managers will be able to make
   immediate, real-time marketing and advertising decisions;

 -- A press release engine that will enable the sending of press
    releases online, directly to pre-designated newspaper editors. The
    engine will also automatically keep track of press releases that
    were published and will track changes in site traffic as a result
    of the published releases. A particularly unique feature of this
    engine is that the database management tools enable the operator
    to pre-determine which reporters will receive press releases based
    on the subject of the press release. This enables for much more
    targeted and effective PR campaigning;

 -- A comprehensive system for close tracking of all marketing
    activities performed by the client, including all aspects of
    online advertising performance, while also analyzing traffic to
    the site relative to the advertising efforts. In providing this
    data, this system will make suggestions for fine-tuning the
    online ad campaign.

InterAge has significant experience in developing projects of this magnitude. The Company is already in the advanced stages towards completing the Virtual Memorial Project, a European initiative to create a very large virtual archiving web site.

"As with the Eureka projects, InterAge gained an important track-record in developing much of the electronic marketing and monitoring tools, and the back-office management of the data collected by working on the Virtual Memorial Project," comments InterAge's CEO, Kobi Freund. "We acquired and developed new tools and forged new relationships because we participated in such a large team effort. This will help us in winning contracts through Eureka and we hope this will open doors to other major contracts with our Celtic team participants."

Another important benefit that InterAge gains by participating in Eureka projects through the Celtic initiative is in the form of funding. The Israeli government's Office of the Chief Scientist offers research and development funding to Israeli companies that participate in Eureka projects. InterAge stands to profit not only directly from the specific projects, but also by having much of the development work funded by the Israeli government.

Eureka's objective is to help raise the productivity and competitiveness of European industries and economies. Together, Europe's industries have the resources to match those of their competitors. However, unlike them, they are separated by language barriers and legal and cultural differences. The Eureka initiative acts as an "enabling network", helping project participants to find partners.
