PHOENIX, April 7, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Franchise Capital Corporation (OTCBB:FCCN) today announced that Kokopelli Mexican Grill Franchise Company LLC has scheduled the opening of a Kokopelli Mexican Grill Restaurant, a fast-casual Sonoran restaurant, in Glendale, Arizona, just outside of Phoenix, on April 12, 2005. It is the first of up to 15 Kokopelli restaurants currently planned to open in the Phoenix market in the next several years.
