Sponda Plc has sold the Kiinteistö Oy Karjalan kauppakeskus shopping mall in the town of Lappeenranta to Citycon Oyj for EUR 7.2 million. The 8 200 m2 property is Sponda's only holding in Lappeenranta. The sale will have no significant impact on Sponda's profits.
