Wi-Fi TV to Offer Hundreds of Live TV Channels to Internet Users with a New Global Ad Sponsored Service

International Content in Multiple Languages Will Allow Targeted Advertising

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., June 3, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Wi-Fi TV Inc. (Pink Sheets:WFTV) will offer a global audience hundreds of live TV channels from around the world in multiple languages. There will be a free one-time signup (for extra channels) and no special software necessary (just a free Windows Media Player).

For the first time, from one easy to bookmark home page, Internet users will have access to more TV channels than offered by most basic cable TV plans. This will include dozens of English language channels as well as channels in multiple foreign languages.

"By driving potentially large amounts of traffic to our home page, as well as offering country and by-topic specific sub-home pages, Wi-Fi TV can potentially become a valuable and uniquely targeted advertising destination on the Internet. Through a proprietary business model, our bandwidth costs -- despite offering 24/7 live broadcasts of hundreds of TV channels -- is limited. We will work aggressively to realize the potential advertising revenue that this new web site will allow," said Alex Kanakaris, Chairman, Wi-Fi TV Inc.

Wi-Fi TV draws on the latest IPTV technology and ten years of experience in the delivery of video over the Internet in launching its new service.

The new web site, at www.wi-fitv.com, will launch on June 10, 2005 and, unlike some online entertainment web sites, will work on a global level, and will now be limited to viewers in a particular region.
