Brødrene Hartmann A/S appoints a Chief Technology Officer as part of the Group Management


As from 1 September 2005 Hartmann has appointed Kim Kronborg Christiansen as Chief Technology
Officer (CTO) - and as member of the Group Executive Committee (GEC). As announced in the Annual Report 2004, the position is newly created to support efforts to ensure and strengthen Hartmann's position within technology, innovation and processes.
 
Kim Kronborg Christiansen is 39 years, has a MSc Engineering (1990) followed by a technical MBA (MMT) from Technical University of Denmark (2003).
 
Kim Kronborg Christiansen last held a position as Division Manager in Monarflex (Icopal) where he has been employed since 2002. Previously, he was employed for 10 years with Coloplast where he held various leading positions with responsibility for factories, technology, product development
and production processes.
 
Kim Kronborg Christiansen will have the managerial responsibility for Hartmann Technology, the Group's R&D activities as well as the Group's work with sustainable development. He will report to President & CEO Asger Domino.
