TORRANCE, Calif., July 12, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- CyberAds, Inc. (OTCBB:CYAD), a professional sales and marketing organization, with a focus and emphasis on representing products that are utilized in the extreme sports market segment, announced recent accomplishments and planned marketing activities associated with it's featured product, XBoard.
"We have had a very busy and productive quarter developing the XBoard sales and marketing program," stated Jeff Criswell, President of CyberAds. "We continue to develop the marketing and distribution network for this revolutionary watercraft in anticipation of the upcoming production of the product later this summer." Criswell recapped the key milestones that CyberAds has accomplished in the past quarter for stockholders and interested parties.
CyberAds Accomplishments
1. Organization. CyberAds has built a sales and marketing team
that is focused on the build-out of the XBoard distribution
network, and at the same time, is sourcing unique products
and services that fit the company profile for distribution
and marketing. In addition to the fulltime team of six
executives, the company has contracted marketing firms for
support in public relations, investor relations, and
promotional event planning.
2. Distribution Network. Contracts have been finalized with
19 distributors representing over 50 territories in many of
the top water sports markets of the country. XBoard
distributors are building dealers networks in their
territories for sales and rental of the product.
Distributors have been established in the following states:
Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho,
Illinois, Maryland, Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina,
South Carolina, Texas, and Wisconsin. The CyberAds sales
team is currently in negotiations with distributors
throughout North America to build-out the network.
3. Product Demonstrations. In conjunction with the
manufacturer, Aqua Xtremes, CyberAds has successfully
implemented demonstration events for XBoard that have
provided consumers, distributors and investors the
opportunity to observe, and ride the XBoard on waterways
across the country. Examples include the "XBoard Jam" in
the Land O's Lakes in Illinois over Memorial Weekend and
the "XBoard Lagoon Jam" recently held in Carlsbad,
California. Video from both of the events can be viewed
on the company website and are available on DVD.
4. Publicity. Over the past three months CyberAds XBoard has
been in a featured news item on national media, including
consumer and trade magazines, business newswires, TV and
radio. Coverage included:
a. Magazines: Feature articles in PowerSports Business,
Boating Magazine, JetSki News.com; Miami Herald, and
Ride Magazine. Many more publications are in the
process of developing stories for publication in July
and August.
b. TV: A new product news feature was broadcast in 128
markets reaching over five million viewers in May.
FOX News in San Diego introduced XBoard from the "XBoard
Lagoon Jam" in June. In June, CyberAds announced a
marketing partnership with PlanetX TV, which includes
features of XBoard in PlanetX TV programming an
advertising schedule over the next several months that
places XBoard TV commercials on various PlanetX TV
productions. PlanetX currently reaches a young, active X-
Generation audience of over 75 million households
throughout North America and worldwide.
c. Radio: An interview with Walt Tatum, CEO of CyberAds was
broadcast nationwide on the syndicated show, "World of
Boating". The broadcast was carried on 35 radio stations
and the Sirius satellite radio network.
d. Business Wire: 35 press releases announcing significant
company events have been carried on the national news
wires services in the past three months.
5. Marketing: CyberAds continues to create and implement sales
and marketing programs supporting the launch of XBoard.
Activities include:
a. Websites: Development of websites for both CyberAds
(www.cyberadsinc.com) and XBoard (www.XBoard.com)
b. Sales Management: CyberAds continues to aggressively
build the distribution network for XBoard. A multi-media
program is underway that targets water sports related
businesses (PWC dealers, marinas, boat dealers, rental
facilities, resorts, etc.) that introduce the XBoard
opportunity to the industry. Sales activity is managed
utilizing the SalesForce, a web-based sales management
program -- that coordinates lead activity for the sales
team.

c. Distribution Network Support: Marketing programs for
the distribution network are being implemented to provide

CyberAds Vision
CyberAds will continue to focus on the build-out of the XBoard distribution network over the next quarter. Based on production forecasts from the manufacturer, Aqua Xtremes, delivery of the first boards is anticipated by the end of the summer. An aggressive marketing campaign that targets key water sports territories that are still available is being launched employing direct marketing through mail, via the Internet, and through direct one-on-one sales calls. It is anticipated that Distributor agreements for exclusive territories in the top 25 water sports markets in North America will be finalized by September.
As the product becomes available, CyberAds will shift their focus to support the development of individual distributor territories, the development of retail and rental dealers and the consumer launch of XBoard, including:
a. Public relations and publicity program
b. Event planning, product demos and promotions
c. Advertising
d. Website development and management for distribution network
e. Boat and trade show participation
