Specifically available for Lantronix data center management products, SupportLinx is offered through authorized distributor and channel partners. Lantronix Online Service Selection Guide allows the customer to identify their Lantronix product and select from the list of appropriate services. From there, services can be ordered directly from the reseller or distributor in the U.S. or Canada. After the service is ordered, the customer can register the model and serial number via email and upon completed registration, instructions are sent and services can be obtained.
