IElement Corporation Announces Formal Company Name and Symbol Change


DALLAS, July 26, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- IElement Corporation (OTCBB:MAKY) announced today that it has obtained shareholder approval and filed an information statement disclosing the formal name and symbol change of the company. The name and symbol change are made pursuant to the signing of an agreement on July 18, 2005, wherein an amendment to change the merged company name to IElement Corporation and, respectively, was agreed upon by the board of directors between MailKey Corporation (OTCBB:MAKY) and IElement Corporation and respective shareholders. IElement Corporation expects to receive its new trading symbol within thirty days.

According to the agreements, the directors passed a resolution to officially change the company's name to IElement Corporation. This name change is intended to reflect the new business and more appropriately represents IElement's operating activities. The closing of the series of transactions are subject to certain conditions and approvals.

IElement Corporation anticipates that the transaction will represent a new opportunity for growth for the company, with great potential for a higher level of company recognition and chance to obtain public investment funding. The quotation of the company's shares is also intended to facilitate the likelihood for IElement to seek out a larger and more diverse shareholder base through market investment and trade.
