STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Sept. 9, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Morgan Stanley Capital International has decided to reclassify Trelleborg AB from sub-industry 25101020 Tires and Rubber to sub-industry 20106020 Industrial Machinery. Classification is undertaken in accordance with Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS), the classification standard used by all Nordic Stock Exchanges.
The reclassification entails that Trelleborg will be included in the following sub-indices of the Stockholm Stock Exchange from September 15.
Sector SX20PI Industrials (previously 25 Consumer Discretionary) Industry Group SX2010PI Capital Goods (previously 2510 Automobiles and Components) Industry SX251060PI Industrial Machinery (previously 251010 Auto Components)
No indices are compiled at the sub-industry level.
Other companies on the Stockholm Stock Exchange's Most Traded list (a section of the A-list) and that have the same sub-industry classification as Trelleborg include Atlas Copco, Sandvik and SKF.
Trelleborg will continue to be included in the Stockholm Stock Exchange All-Share and Benchmark indices.
