InRob Tech Ltd. in Negotiations for Large Contracts with India

Initial Stage to Generate Revenues in Excess of $400,000

LAS VEGAS, Oct. 5, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- InRob Tech Ltd. ("InRob") (OTCBB:IRBL), a world leader in the development and production of advanced wireless control systems and integrated solutions for unmanned ground vehicles (UGV), today announced that it is in advanced negotiations with the government of India for the sale of Hornet-MK5's to their police force and the FFR-1 to their fire fighting department.

The initial stage of this contract is projected to generate sales of approximately $420,000. Further sales are expected to be significant.

Mr. Joseph, CEO of InRob Tech Ltd., notes, "Our marketing team is finding that countries are very receptive to the technologies we have to offer. In conjunction with our local distributors in India, we have met with representatives of the Indian government a few times already, and we are optimistic about the relationships we are establishing. India is a huge country, and we have already been to New Delhi, Bombay, and Calcutta to demonstrate our products to different local government offices. Several opportunities exist for the sale of our Hornet-MK5 and our FFR-1, and we expect to see some positive movement in 2006."

The Hornet-MK5 is a compact, yet rugged, robot that is capable of climbing stairs, working under cars, and moving around in difficult conditions. Equipped with a versatile arm, a shotgun, and other special features, the Hornet-MK5 can remotely reach virtually any target, making it an ideal solution for explosive ordinance disposal (EOD) squads. The standard operating range of the Hornet-MK5, with special remote control capabilities, is up to 850 feet, which can dramatically reduce the danger to bomb technicians as well as their time on any given job. The range can be extended further, when required.

The company's FFR-1 is a unique robot designed for high-risk fire fighting operations, enabling firefighters to carry out missions that until now were impossible, due to physical constraints and risk to human lives. The FFR-1 is a double-tracked remote control robot carrying a camera that enables firefighters to effectively extinguish fires by operating faster and in close proximity to fire sources. It operates in the most hazardous of environmental conditions, such as high temperatures, poisonous materials, and in unsafe buildings.
