Reference is made to the notice to the stock exchange April 26, 2006 regarding the Extraordinary General meeting.
Today Pan Fish ASA has received certificate of registration from the Register of Business Enterprises confirming capital increase of 406,250,000 shares with a total nominal value of NOK 304,687,500. New registered share capital in Pan Fish ASA is NOK 2,579,926,462.50.
The new shares in Pan Fish ASA will be registered in Verdipapirsentralen (VPS) with a separate ISIN-number pending completion of the prospectus which is being prepared by Pan Fish ASA and approval of the prospectus by Oslo Børs. The shares shall not be listed on Oslo Børs before the prospectus is available.
