After serving with the company for 18 years during which he has helped developing the company into an international business and, over the past two years, has spearheaded efforts to focus the Group's activities, Asger Domino believes that now is an appropriate time for him to try something new and for the Group to invigorate its management team. This will allow a new CEO to set his own course for the completion of the necessary structural adjustments and the initiation of a new stage in the Group's development.
The search for a replacement will begin immediately, and Asger Domino will continue in his present position until a successor has been named.
