Who: Valen Technologies, the experts in predictive analytics
for the insurance industry, today announced that West
Bend Mutual Insurance, a provider of property and casualty
insurance, has selected Valen's predictive analytics
solution as a means to pricing risk more effectively,
decreasing loss ratios and to ultimately increasing market
share.
Valen Technologies and West Bend Mutual will be
presenting on a technology panel at the 2006 IASA Annual
Conference in Boston.

Their presentation will explore ways in which data
mining, analytics and predictive modeling technology has
