The 2006 Global CO2 Cap-and-Trade Forum Highlights Investment in Global Carbon Emissions Markets


NEW YORK, July 25, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Carbon Emissions Trading is not just for Europe any more. Despite some market volatility at the end of this year's first quarter, reports suggest that European and U.S. investor activity in Carbon Emissions Trading Markets has been noteworthy.      Mandates," a survey panel moderated by Judi Greenwald, Director
     of Innovative Solutions at the Pew Center on Global Climate Change
