JetBlue Announces New Service Between Washington D.C./Dulles and West Palm Beach



               One Daily Nonstop Beginning October 3
                Introductory Fare of $79(a) Each Way

NEW YORK, Aug. 2, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- JetBlue Airways (Nasdaq:JBLU) today announces it will begin new nonstop service between Washington D.C./Dulles International Airport and West Palm Beach, FL with one daily non-stop flight beginning October 3. A special introductory fare of $79(a) each way is available for purchase through August 15, for travel through November 15. Regular fares will range between $99(a) and $299(a) each way, up to 53 percent less than existing fares in this market.

"With this new service to West Palm Beach, and starting August 17, new nonstop service to New York's JFK airport, Washingtonians will have eight nonstop JetBlue destinations to choose from, plus convenient connecting service to all of JetBlue's 32 other destinations," said JetBlue's CEO and Founder David Neeleman. JetBlue will operate service between Washington D.C./Dulles and West Palm Beach with Airbus A320 aircraft, featuring the low-fare airline's signature 36 channels of DIRECTV(r) programming (b), the most live television of any airline, extra legroom, as well as all-leather pre-assigned seats.
