Marine Bank Promotes Robert Churan to Senior Vice President and Arizona Market Manager

SCOTTSDALE, AZ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 18, 2006 -- Marine Bank, Wauwatosa, Wisconsin (Marine),
is pleased to announce that Robert (Bob) Churan has been promoted to Senior
Vice President and Arizona Market Manager.
Mr. Churan, who has thirty years of banking experience, joined Marine in
December 2005 as Vice President of Commercial Banking, and quickly became a
primary contributor of Marine's loan growth in the Phoenix market. Mr.
Churan's new responsibilities include managing commercial banking, private
banking, mortgage lending, treasury management, and depository services for
the Arizona market of Marine.
Prior to joining Marine, Mr. Churan served as Senior Relationship Manager
for Meridian Bank in Phoenix. Mr. Churan has resided in the Phoenix
metropolitan area for ten years, and worked for several financial
institutions including Western Security Bank and U.S. Bank. Mr. Churan
began his banking career in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and worked in a
variety of management positions through which he gained valuable commercial
lending and commercial real estate lending experience.
