Bankruptcy Partner Ronald R. Sussman Elected to Leadership Positions in TMA, ACTP

NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 1, 2006 --Ronald R.
Sussman, a partner in Cooley Godward Kronish's industry-leading Bankruptcy & Restructuring Practice, has been named to two leadership
positions within important associations in the bankruptcy sector.
Mr. Sussman was re-elected to the Board of Directors at the Turnaround
Management Association's recent annual meeting in Orlando, FL. He will
serve a two-year term, after having recently completed a first three-year
term. Mr. Sussman was also recently elected Secretary/Treasurer of the
Association of Certified Turnaround Professionals. He is also a member of
the Board of Directors of ACTP.
